Uncoated Fabrics

Uncoated fabrics are fabrics that light can pass through. These fabrics do not have a coated backing on the rear of the fabric. Sheer curtains are made from a transparent lightweight material that acts as a light filter product, allowing sunlight to enter the room but acting as a light diffuser that softens the natural light. Coated Fabrics

Coated fabrics have a coated backing on the rear of the fabric and light cannot pass through.
